Secretary General of Iraq’s Center for Legal and Human Rights Studies: Preventing burial of Camp Ashraf martyrs violates all international laws, customs and traditions

Thursday, 05 May 2011 08:28 .NCRI - The al-Babelieh TV reported on May 1 that Rafe al-Abbasi, Secretary General of Iraq’s Center for Legal and Human Rights Studies warned about the pressures and restrictions exerted by the Iraqi government on the Camp Ashraf residents.

He called for permitting the burial of Camp Ashraf residents who were martyred during the recent aggression against the camp.



Al-Abbasi said: Iraqi law and all the laws, customs and traditions respected worldwide, including human rights laws, never allow preventing burial of the dead. He reiterated that such action is a clear violation of liberties and human rights.
